The images look fine but a computer screen is hardly the place to judge, unless you are intending to distribute your film over the internet. Besides, a 500 ASA film with a 2.0 lens would give you just as good a result in the same situation.

Totally agree, viewing images on a computer screen is not the same as viewing a filmout or DCP.

The interesting thing is how clean the image is for a digital cinema camera, the previous generation of cameras are very noisy when pushed this far.

Something that has come out of further testing is that the actual sensitivity to light is the same as before, but that the lack of noise allows the images to be pushed further in post.
So the useable latitude is increased as you no longer have to avoid the lower end of the recording range due to sensor noise, thus you can use more of the 12bit sensors range.
